This notice replaces RFT 201818, TED Reference 2021/S 215-567070 The provision of a mechanical contractor to undertake planned preventative maintenance and the provision of technical & skilled certified resource’s for all work types including but not limited to: testing, maintaining and repairing of; • Heating Systems • Chilled water & CRAC units -HVCA • Air Conditioning units – F gas • Building management systems • Air Handling units • Ventilation systems • Domestic Cold water systems • Domestic Hot water systems • Fire & Smoke dampers • Technical resources for each regional area. • Technical resources in Dublin CCE M&E technical offices. • minor civil works associated with external UG services, metering and free standing distribution points. This contract the subject of this competition is a contract for 3 years with an option to extend by up to two additional years at Iarnród Éireanns discretion Iarnród Éireann requires the services of a suitably qualified mechanical contractor with the expertise to undertake maintenance, repairs and replacement of mechanical systems and sub systems in safety critical environments such as National Traffic Control Centre, safety critical SET equipment, operational stations, Operational level crossing control centers and public facilities. The requirements under this contract will include; planned preventative maintenance and the provision of technical & skilled certified resource’s for all work types.
