Works contract to carry out renovations to an existing three bed house, provision of an extension and all associated site works, including Services Stages (ii)b, (ii)c, (iii), (iv) & (v) at 87 Clareview Park, Galway Lot 227556: Extension and renovation works to no. 87 Clareview Park, Ballybane, Galway City. A new extension complying with specific space requirements to accommodate a wheelchair user is required to be constructed to the side and rear of the existing property. This involves the demolition of internal walls, widening doorways and provision of a new ground floor bedroom and adjoining wet room. The existing kitchen/dining room will be extended into the rear garden area. The existing garage will be upgraded to comply with the current building regulations.
