Event Portable Waste Management / Cleansing Service

Sheffield city council’s major events team would like to request quotes to provide waste management at a number of events 2022/2023/2024 The major events team organises events in Sheffield city centre, Sheffield’s parks, and major sporting events, The contract will be expected to run for 3 years with an option to exceed for a further 12 months. Please note that this specification is based on previous years’ events our projections for upcoming events. These requirements are subject to change and we would expect to work with the successful company to agree appropriate levels of cover where required. Companies need to be able to: 1. supply litter pickers 2. Waste removal 3. Recycling 4. Provide equipment bin bags, pickers, High Vis etc… 4. To be able to supply additional equipment/service for events not identified on this list that may come in after this request for quote has been issued. 5. Have relevant insurance, health and safety policies and industry recognised quality standards and certification.
