Tender description

Derby City Council is seeking to appoint a provider to conduct a systematic review of available evidence around the Derby Opportunity Area (OA) programme and its constituent projects across Years 1-4 (and year 5 where data is available), with a view to synthesising key impacts and ascertaining the quality of the evidence underpinning those impacts; to assess whether programme activities have been implemented as intended and resulted in intended outputs and impacts; and to provide recommendations for the local partnership board with regard to the future legacy and sustainability of the programme.
