Warrington Borough Council ‘the Council’ is seeking to appoint, for its next generation contract, two agencies for the provision of enforcement and debt collection to recover council tax, non-domestic rates, housing benefits overpayments and sundry debt. The tender is split into 2 Lots and tenderers can apply for one or both Lots. Lot 1: Council Tax Liability Orders 1st & 2nd Placements Enforcement & Debt Collection Agency for the collection of council tax debt and non-domestic rates debt liability orders 1st and 2nd placements. Lot 2: Sundry Debt Collection Enforcement and debt collection agency for sundry debt and housing benefit overpayments.
