<p>To deliver the redevelopment of the council owned vacant site at 116, 118 and 120 Broadway, Didcot, a suitable project management and cost consultancy is required to manage the project Under one contract from the start and throughout the project the council requires: &bull; a project manager who will oversee the project on behalf of the council and advise on the procurement of the client side design team, the design and build team and, if required, a Registered Provider end user &bull; a cost consultant who will provide project and cost management services including preparation of a detailed business case to enable the council to determine potential management options &bull; and from the start of RIBA stage 4 only, a clerk of works who will provide project monitoring and assessment on behalf of the council. These roles will act on behalf of and report to the council, manage the project, help procure and manage the client-side design team and design and build contractors, provide quantity surveying, cost analysis and business case advice, cost monitoring and clerk of works services.</p> Keywords: Project Management, Cost Consultanty, clerk of works
