External Evaluation for the WEFO funded Circular Revolution Project.Riversimple is pleased to invite interested professional companies/ organisations with previous demonstrable experience in conducting operation evaluations, in particular ERDF operations, to submit a tender for evaluation services for our operation, which ends in July 2023.One formative (combined inception/ midterm) evaluation to be completed by June 2022 and a final evaluation at the completion of the project in July 2023.Scope:This will require a review of the records and processes of the operation to ensure that they meet the standards set out by WEFO for the delivery of such a project and a written report summarising the findings of this review together with recommendations for changes. Best practise should be identified, and the Circular Revolution compared to such. All evaluation reports will be presented to WEFO for comment and to the project partners.Please see full details on the attached documentation.
