- Evaluate the impact of the first 3 cohorts of the AHP Careers Fellowship Scheme at individual, team, service or organisation level. Cohorts 1 and 2 will be complete at time of evaluation and cohort 3 will be current - Identify strengths and opportunities for improvement for the scheme as a whole - Design an evaluation process which can be used for future cohorts of the AHP Careers Fellowship Scheme To demonstrate the impact of the impact of the refreshed AHP CFS for individuals and services so far and to design an appropriate and proportional evaluation process for future Cohorts of the CFS which can be undertaken by NES.
