Redwing Living of 16 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BG, part of The Regenda Group, are publishing this Prior Information Notice to invite expressions of interest towards an upcoming tender for: Communal cleaning and window cleaning services at Redwing Living sites throughout the Greater Merseyside area. The tender that will follow will be: - restricted to organizations who will have expressed an interest to this prior information notice - based on MEAT criteria as follows: quality 60%, social value 10%, price 30% and will be subject to passing our standard supplier selection questionnaire. Lot 1: Communal cleaning This procurement will be for the provision of services to be performed at a number of sites. The list of sites will be communicated at tender stage.
