Research and discovery work associated with the Data Acceleration Fund programme

Tender description

The DAF programme has identified a need to appoint an external contractor to undertake the initial inception phase of the DAF programme to undertake research and discovery to inform the next phase of the programme. The DAF involves a complexity of partners and we urgently need to translate the collective commitment achieved into agreed actions. The output of this inception stage will be: o Firmed up governance, plans and budget for the DAF in place o Workstream plans  For frontline early help practice improvement including practitioner and family engagement  Support for Bradford data sets and outputs for early identification of autism  Plans for Leeds data sets and outputs for adverse childhood experiences / childhood trauma  Leeds requirements for engaging IDS on creating data systems & architecture  Plans for national feedback & engagement including with Information Commissioner Office etc.
