Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition for the provision of an interim assignment to the role of Project Lead – Waste Targets Route Map. This Contract is to provide an interim assignment to the role of Project Lead – Waste Targets Route Map. The assignee will be responsible for the development, planning, management, and delivery of a programme of work. They will lead and support a team to ensure consistency of approach and communication with relevant stakeholders, partners, and customers, working closely with other colleagues across the business to inform development of work, share specialist knowledge and the acquisition of new partners and customers to deliver outcomes.
