Pre Market Engagement regarding the provision of Belfast Markets

The purpose of this pre-market engagement ‘PME’ questionnaire is to help Belfast City Council ‘the Council’ better understand the levels of competition and the most appropriate way to structure the pricing elements of the Belfast Markets tender. The pre market engagement exercise will take the form of a questionnaire. Lot 1: Belfast City Council ("the Council") is looking to procure a Contractor for the organisation and delivery of Belfast Markets. The Contractor would be financially and operationally responsible for providing all aspects of this contract e.g. planning, designing, set up/build, resourcing, securing and negotiating with stall owners/providers, restoration of grounds, utilities etc. Additional information: Please note that this procurement exercise may fall below the FTS threshold and as such, a contract notice may not be placed.
