Tender description

South Dublin County Council proposes to develop a new library in the Citywest/Fortunestown area. The Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified interested parties for: i. the identification of a site ii. proposal to develop a library on that site iii. acquisition of the completed development by the council Please see attached file called Short Description for further details. Lot 238802: PIN for the provision of a site and development of a new library for Citywest to include design and obtaining planning permission. Questionnaires and Supplementary Information should be submitted online via the electronic postbox on www.etenders.gov.ie as soon as possible but no later than mid- April 2022. This is intended to go to tender in May.
