NHS Supply Chain has established a Framework Contract with multiple Suppliers for the provision of Office Stationery Supplies to meet the needs of the NHS consisting of seven (7) lots. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Paper and Card This lot is for Buyers to purchase via Stocked, Blue Diamond, eDirect and Direct Award processes and is capped at five (5) Suppliers. This Lot is for paper and card. Products within this Lot include, but shall not be limited to; A4 White Copier Paper; A3 White Copier Paper; A3 Paper; Coloured Paper; Recycled Paper; A2 Card; and A3 Card. Lot 2: Lot 2 - General Stationery This lot is for Buyers to purchase via Stocked, Blue Diamond, eDirect and Direct Award processes. Lot 2 includes but is not limited to: • Desktop Stationery; • Office Equipment; • Security equipment, including badges; • Filing and Storage equipment; • Presentation and Display equipment; • White Goods; and • Mailroom Accessories. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Electronic Office Supplies Original Equipment Manufacturers (EOS OEM) This lot is for Buyers to purchase via Stocked, Blue Diamond, eDirect and Direct Award processes. This Lot is OEM Branded consumables for use in compatible printers. Products within this Lot include, but shall not be limited to: OEM Laser Toners; OEM Ink Toners; and Automatic toner replenishment software (software that triggers an order for replacement cartridges as a minimum. Lot 4: Lot 4 - Electronic Office Supplies Remanufactured and Compatible Cartridges This Lot is for remanufactured/compatible consumables for use in compatible printers. Products within this Lot include, but shall not be limited to; Laser Toners; Ink Toners; and Print management software. Lot 5: Lot 5 - Envelopes This lot is for Buyers to purchase via Stocked, Blue Diamond, eDirect and Direct Award processes. Lot 6 for Envelopes. Products within this Lot include, but shall not be limited to; Envelope Wallets; Pockets; Window Wallets; Window Pockets; Internal Envelopes; Gusset Envelopes; Board-Backed Envelopes; Polythene Mailers; Padded Bubble Bags; and Wage Envelopes. Lot 6: Lot 6 -Labels This lot is for Buyers to purchase via Stocked, Blue Diamond, eDirect and Direct Award processes. Lot 6 includes but is not limited to : • Self-adhesive labels; • Thermal Labels; • Inkjet labels; • Index Labels; • Pathology labels; • Medical Labels; • Specialist Labels; • Laser Labels; and • Label Printers. Lot 7: Lot 7 - Technology This lot is for Buyers to puchase via Stocked, Blue Diamond, eDirect and Direct Award processes. Lot 7 includes but is not limited to: • Computers including Laptops and Tablets; • Docking stations and cables; • Keyboards and mice; • Conferencing equipment such as webcams and speakerphones; • Televisions and monitors; • Software and Licensing; • Interactive Signage; • Projection equipment; and • Dictation. The Technology Lot will be divided into the following sub-lots: • Computers including Laptops and Tablets; • Computer Consumables; • Audio Equipment inc Conference Speaker Equipment; • Printers and Scanners; • Monitors and Screens; • Projection equipment; • Mobile Phones and Accessories; and • Dictation.
