Tender description

convalescent plasma donations for use in a clinical trial for the treatment of patients hospitalised with COVID 19. This is a direct award to meet the additional demands of the Scottish Health and Social Care sector during the current Covid-19 pandemic and is on the basis of these being additional supplies from the original supplier as any product change at this time would cause unnecessary disruption to the Authority in line with Regulation 33(4) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
