Tender description

The Ways of Working project has uncovered a large number of physical desktop PCs that are kept on at County Hall and referenced remotely to pereform tasks. The functions these PCs fulfil needs to be kept but the physical units removed. Therefore they are to be replaced with Virtual Desktops. We require 2 High Spec Dell servers to act as Hosts for the virtualised PCs. Dell Servers are required as all other physical servers are Dell and we need them to fit in with current unified management and support utilities and skills already in the team.
