Tender description
A proportion of the National Skills Fund (NSF) Level 3 Adult Offer funding has been routed via Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) since April 2021, with GM receiving over £6m in 2021/2022 academic year from Central Government and a further allocation for 2022/2023. GMCA has for 2021/2022 allocated a substantial amount of the funding already to its existing Adult Education providers and is currently wanting to allocate the remaining funding for 2021/2022 and extend this in to 2022/2023. GMCA are preparing to source additional lead organisations to widen the NSF Level 3 Adult Offer to more GM residents. Lead organisations invited to apply for this are those that have been successful on to the FPS and have been approved for the relevant values and accredited sector specialism areas. Ideally we are looking for lead organisations who can offer a significant range of the qualifications listed by the Education Skills Funding Agency (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/find-a-free-level-3-qualification/list-of-free-level-3-qualifications-available-to-eligible-adults) and this can be with a consortium or supply chain in place to deliver a wide range of the qualifications, across the different subject sector areas and across the whole of GM. This Provider Collaboration Event has been organised to support with the formation of partnerships as outlined above, it is open to all providers to attend. Each provider on the call will have the opportunity to be able to cover who they are, how they may like to be involved in the upcoming commissions, and the sort of partnerships that they are looking to make. This part of the session is not compulsory, rather it is an opportunity to network and make connections with other providers. The event will take place on Microsoft Teams on Monday 21st March between 3pm – 4pm and the link to the event can be found below: Click here to join the meeting Keywords: Market Engagement, Supplier Collaboration, AEB
