Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council proposes to award a commercial concession for the operation of the Pavillion Café/Bistro at the Peoples Park, Dún Laoghaire. The concessionaire shall have an exclusive right to provide the service in the defined catering area. The concessionaire will be expected to achieve their earnings by maximising trade through pro-active and commercial management, and as such are expected to be proactive in promoting the café and The Peoples Park.
