Tender description

The requirement is for the provision of planned and reactive maintenance of the drains, gullies, grease traps, and interceptors across the Leicestershire and Rutland Police Estate. Lot 45593: Drainage Framework - Servicing Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning and servicing of • Surface water drains and gullies • Interceptors and interceptor alarms • Sewage tanks, pumps and alarms • Grease traps This will be a single supplier award. Lot 45594: Drainage Framework - Reactive A framework is required to provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week emergency response for clearance of blocked drains, sinks, pipework, urinals or toilets. Service provision to include the following as necessary: • 1-hour response time for emergency call-outs • Clearance of blockages using drain rods or high-pressure jetting • CCTV surveys • Repairs to damaged or collapsed drains by lining or replacement • Tree root removal
