Tender description

Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for back office applications, for deploying either in the cloud, on premise or hybrid. This is to cover Defra's procurement, contract and e-sourcing portals. Maximum call off length is up to 7 years (5 years with two optional 1 year extensions, at the customer's discretion).
