Care and Support service provision for 16 bed unit at Pumpherston West Lothian Lot 1: West Lothian Health & Care Social Partnership has approved a new complex care housing development within the town of Pumpherston for which the building work has commenced and is expected to be completed in Autumn 2022. There will be 16 individual one bedroom properties which will require to be supported on a 24/7 basis as well as an onsite communal and staff base building. The service will require the Provider: to provide a high quality, flexible, care and support service that enables, empowers and encourages people with Autism Spectrum Disorder /earning Disabilities and associated complexities that have been identified by the Health and Social Care Partnership as requiring support, to live as independently as possible within their own tenancies in the community. The Provider will be highly skilled in supporting adults with long-term and/or complex conditions which restrict their ability to participate in activities of daily living and community involvement.
