Tender description
On behalf of Galway and Roscommon Education and Training Board (the Contracting Authority for this project) you are hereby invited to tender for Architectural / Civil & Structural Services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the above project. The project consists of the supply and installation of 2 no. 49m2 rented / purchased prefabricated classrooms plus all associated site works and mechanical and electrical installation. Fees should include complying with all statutory requirements, design, tender, monitoring of works, contract administration, certification, on-site visits and on-going meetings regarding the works with GRETB, as required.
