Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of a new replacement Sports Changing rooms and ancillary accommodation. The 840m2 portal frame building will consist of the following: 4 team changing rooms, Referees room, Treatment/rehab rooms, Gymnasium, Meeting Rooms, Associated facilities and Associated site works The existing changing facilities will be demolished to make way for the new two storey building, consist of traditional materials with insulated sandwich type concrete floors, steel framed portal frame with cavity block insulated infill panels, insulated cladding roof panels • The Contract Period will be 36 weeks approx. (TBC)
