This Further Competition is being conducted under the Crown Commercial Services Transport Technology and Associated Services framework agreement (reference RM6099) and relates to the award of the A9 Average Speed Camera Refurbishment Contract. The Scottish Safety Camera Programme is progressing the refurbishment of the existing A9 Average Speed Camera (ASC) system between Dunblane and Inverness. The objective of this exercise is to procure the replacement of components that have been identified as having ageing and obsolescence issues. This contract is being conducted under the Crown Commercial Services Transport Technology & Associated Services framework agreement (reference RM6099) and relates to the award of the A9 ASC Refurbishment Contract to a sole Supplier. The Supplier shall be required to provide all things necessary, including but not limited to, the system and detail design, equipment supply, installation, integration, project management and traffic management.
