<p>St Helens Borough Council requires specialist consultants to prepare and submit detailed site development briefs for the following sites; &bull; Plot 1 Gartons Lane, Sunny Side Farm. &bull; Land at Ullswater Avenue/Eskdale Avenue (14,612 sq.m.) &bull; Land adjacent to St Helens Hospital, Peasley Cross, off Marshalls Road. (4.19acres) &bull; Land at Sussex Grove (2.41 acres) &bull; Land at former Parr High, Evelyn Avenue/Simms Avenue. Required Outputs; The consultant supplier is expected to deliver 5 comprehensive site development briefs as outlined in the ITT document The ITT document containing the detailed specification can be obtained after expressing an interest in the opportunity The supplier is expected to meet the deadlines outlined and lead by St Helens Borough Council and show commitment and integrity in delivering to a fast pace, changeable agenda. The successful supplier must be able to start work on the project by the week commencing 11/04/22.
