Soft market testing for a Winter lights theme event at Leicestershire County Council's Beacon Hill Country Park

Tender description

We are interested in working with suppliers who could produce and manage a winter lights event at Beacon Hill Country Park, akin to those at Kew Gardens, Belton House and the National Memorial Arboretum. The suggested areas for the display are highlighted in pink on the plan below. They encompass: • Native Tree collection - woodland plot with stoned paths throughout. • Picnic area around Beacon Hill café - grass area flanked by stoned paths • Wildflower meadow - grass area with possibility for temporary path creation • 'Grant's Plantation' - mature woodland with stoned paths throughout We would like to hear from interested suppliers, for further details please download the attached document entitled "Beacon Winter Lights SMT".
