Tender description

The Irish National Stud Company DAC wish to appoint a contractor for The Provision of Event Management Services to The Irish National Stud DAC and Subsidiary, INS Commercial Enterprises DAC at the farm in Tully, Kildare, Co. Kildare. The Irish National Stud DAC is located at Tully, Kildare, Co. Kildare and incorporates a Visitors Centre, Student Quarters, Stud Office, Restaurant, Playground Building, and numerous farm buildings and remote offices located on the 893-acre farm, with 55 employees on site five days a week, and a skeleton staff working weekends. The Irish National Stud & Gardens hosts an array of events, most of which are family focused. Some of the events include Easter celebrations, Hanami festival, Summer Fun and Halloween Spooktacular. All events are sourced, managed and run in-house. Many of the events are included in the admission price. The Irish National Stud are looking to create a Christmas themed event. An event around Christmas would be a first of its kind on the grounds. The Christmas experience is to include activities related but not limited to Christmas markets showcasing local food and products, Santa experience and other related activities. The INS plan to create and develop the Christmas event and charge specifically for this event.
