Tender description

Maximum number of workshops involving Shotley Bridge business and IT stakeholders will be agreed during Kick-off and will be within the initial 3 (three) week timeline; • Atos resources will focus on review of international exemplars based on desktop research; • Based on our experiences of digital strategy from our NHP work, we envisage the production of a PowerPoint document; • We will develop 4 user journeys; • Atos deliverables are those indicated in the engagement project delivery plan as per the templates agreed during the mobilisation phase and indicated in the Summary Project Plan attached as an annex to this order form; • The requirements, expressed as digital demands, will be based on the stakeholder engagement as outlined and our research/analysis; • This proposal is based on a 5-week delivery duration and as shown in the Summary Project Plan section. Alternative timelines can be discussed if stakeholder engagement cannot be scheduled to support this.
