Provision of Seamstress Services at HMNB Clyde

Tender description

The Contractor is required to provide tailoring, embroidering and alteration services at HM Naval Base Clyde. There shall be approximately 8000 Royal Navy authorised alterations per annum, together with approximately 20 Royal Marine uniforms per month, although these figures may be more or less, subject to the Authority’s requirements. the main alterations consist of the following: alterations to Royal Navy/Royal Marine uniforms, sewing of medal ribbons and beckets, making the medal clasp and brooch where necessary and sewing rank and rate badges on Royal Navy/Royal Marine uniforms.
