To deliver an effective comprehensive package of outdoor and digital audio advertising for a National Roadside Litter Campaign. This will include (but may not be limited to)back of bus advertising,roadside billboards at key locations for a minimum of four weeks (We would expect the chosen agency to provide mapping data and work with us to identify these locations. This will include proximity to fast food outlets and retail parks.) anddigital audio advertising that must target young male drivers across WalesLiaise with the chosen creative graphic design agency to promote outdoor signage and digital audio messaging.A representative from the chosen agency must be able to attend a roadside litter workshop on Wednesday 26 January between 1pm and 2.30pm
