Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake a variety of works to be carried out at 40 properties in the Cynon Valley area at Heol Keir Hardie, Penywaun.The works comprise of, but shall not be limited to the following;I. Removal of cavity wall insulation and cavity wall tie renewalII. Installation of External Wall insulationIII. Renewal of windows, doors and canopiesIV. Renewal of first floor porch roofsThe works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
