Tender description

We will be awarding a contract for the supply and installation of conifer & broadleaf tree seed processing machinery & equipment, at a new purpose built facility, which has currently been progressed to RIBA work stage 2, Concept Design. We will also require the supplier to provide servicing and maintenance for the machines supplied. Lot 1: Conifer & Broadleaf Seed Processing Equipment We will be tendering a contract for the supply and installation of conifer & broadleaf tree seed processing machinery & equipment, at a new purpose built facility. The equipment required is: 1. Cone Kilns & Other Extraction Devices (Cone Tumbler, Roller Separator, Cabinet Dryer, Box Dryer, Lifting Cart) 2. Cleaning/Processing Equipment (Macerator, Wet Dewinger & Seed Extractor, Dryer, Cleaner & Seed Sizer, Brushing machine, Large gravity separator table, Liquid separator, Prevac, Air separator) 3. Storage Equipment 4. Specialist Equipment (Dust exhaust, Thermotheraphy equipment) We will also require servicing & maintenance of these machines. Our preference is to award this contract to a single supplier that will support us through the final stages of the building design by providing equipment layout plans and provide a single point of contact for the machinery delivery, installation, servicing & maintenance.
