Concession Appointment of Drink and Food Provider at Oldham Library & Lifelong Learning Centre

<p>Gallery Oldham and Oldham Library are looking to work with a provider to re-establish a caf&eacute; presence in the building. The Gallery and Library is a vibrant and welcoming space attracting approximately 600,000 visitors per annum. The team envisage an updated concessionary offer in the existing caf&eacute; space. The previous caf&eacute; offer was closed in 2020. The new offer would sell both hot and cold drinks and a range of snacks (including healthy options) from the counter for eat in or takeaway preferably Fairtrade products would be used where possible. There is access to the existing kitchen and the concession holder would be expected to update and maintain this space. The caf&eacute; is independently alarmed. Ideal opening hours are 10am &ndash; 4pm Monday to Saturday but this is an area open to discussion</p> Keywords: Cafe, Catering, Beverages
