We are now in the early stages of RIBA Level 3, Design Development, with theaim of submitting a planning application in early summer. We are planning to proceedwith RIBA Level 4A Technical Design soon after.The intention is to develop both the building next door, which has been unoccupiedfor a long time, and our building.
