TfW Rail Limited Station Projects - Non-Complex and Minor Works: provision of Station work across Wales including Branding, Station Facilities (benches, waiting room and WC upgrades), Telecoms (upgrade of customer information services, CCTV), Staff Facilities (changing rooms), Social and Commercial Development (retail units), Accessibility, Stop Car Markers and Specialist Surveys, Minor Rail Works, Platform Works. TfW CVL Transformation - Complex and Major Works: Structure Interventions, Major Stations and Infrastructure Owner Works. Lot 4: Pan Wales Telecommunications (inc SISS & CCTV). Provision of Telecommunications, Station Information and Security Systems, CCTV and associated works. Lot 5: Structure Interventions The provision of Design and Construction / Construction of; Steelwork repairs Grit blast and painting Water proofing Concrete repairs Bearing repair and replacement Pier and Abutment repairs (Blockwork, brickwork and concrete) Repairs to lineside structures Extension of and repairs to undertrack culverts Temporary works associated with access for all of the above scope. Lot 6: Major Station Works Major refurbishment of existing stations. Construction of new rail stations. Platform extensions. Provision of footbridges. Stabling and train crew accommodation. Level boarding. Provision of route works through stations. Lot 7: Infrastructure Owner Works Provision of planned renewals works to ensure the ongoing operation of the rail infrastructure, including works to: Structures Earthworks and Drainage Track Access Points and RRAPS Fencing Buildings and Property Vegetation Management Lot 1: Pan Wales >GPB 500k Contract Value Provision of Station work across Wales and Borders including Branding, Station Facilities (benches, waiting room and WC upgrades), Telecoms (upgrade of customer information services, CCTV), Staff Facilities (changing rooms), Social and Commercial Development (retail units), Accessibility, Stop Car Markers and Specialist Surveys, Minor Rail Works, Platform Works.
