The Provision of Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing Tools

Tender description

This public procurement competition relates to the provision of Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing Tools. The competition is divided into (4) Lots as follows: Lot 1: Loan Pricing Tool; Lot 2: Financial Markets Data Tool; Lot 3: Credit Rating Tool; and Lot 4: Debt Capacity Analysis Tool. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. Lot 233081: The Provision of a Loan Pricing Tool The Contracting Authority requires access to a database which provides pricing information on loan transactions for tax administration purposes; primarily transfer pricing. Lot 233082: The Provision of a Financial Markets Data Tool The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a financial markets data tool, primarily for tax compliance purposes including transfer pricing. Lot 233083: The Provision of a Credit Rating Tool The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a credit rating / scoring tool for tax administration purposes; primarily transfer pricing. Lot 233084: The Provision of a Debt Capacity Analysis Tool The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a tool that will allow for a debt capacity analysis to be carried out on a corporate entity, primarily for transfer pricing purposes in line with Chapter 10 of the 2017 OECD Transfer Pricing Guidance Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administrations.
