The Welsh Government wishes to commission an Evaluation of the Sustainable Production Grant (SPG). The evaluation should provide an independent assessment of the schemes implementation and impact within Wales as part of the Welsh Government Rural Communities – Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2014-2020. Additionally, it will provide an assessment of the scheme alignment with Welsh Government and EU Strategic Policy objectives. Key recommendations and lessons learnt will be identified which will support the planning and implementation of future domestic schemes.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
