Supply of Tyre Bay / Workshop Equipment & Accessories

Tender description

For this procurement the Director of Transport proposes to offer a fixed price, one (1) year drawdown contract from the date of issue of the letter of award, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year period, with a possibility of a further three (3) such extension, subject to review and agreement on prices for each year. Either party may cancel the contract by giving fourteen (14) days’ notice in writing of intention to terminate the contract. Delivery will be to the Officer in Charge, Transport Technical Stores, Vehicle Base Workshops, DFTC, Curragh Camp, Co Kildare, Ireland. Purchase Orders will be raised to meet actual demands. All tyre bay /workshops equipment and accessories supplied under this contract must be NEW and unused and must be of good quality and meet or surpass all Irish and EU Standards and Regulations pertaining to such supplies
