Torus Foundation is seeking input from the market as to what might be the most potentially attractive way of packaging and scoping a future procurement opportunity. Our customers comprise of individuals and families who need help with welfare benefits advice, debt advice and budgeting advice. We expect to receive about 3,500 referrals per annum, split equally between welfare benefits advice, debt advice and budgeting advice Lot 1: Torus Foundation is the charitable arm of Torus Group and we are seeking advice and information from the market as to what might be the most potentially attractive way of packaging and scoping a future procurement opportunity, to deliver welfare benefits, budgeting and debt advice to our customers.
