Safer Streets 2 (Street Lighting)

For the supply only of essential equipment to allow the upgrade of lighting in key areas to help reduce crime, or the fear of crime, which is supported and funded via the Home Office. Supply and installation prices submitted through our current contract via a proposed compensation event (CE) have only recently been confirmed but are sadly unjustifiable due to a large increase in rates. As such, work will now be completed by our in-house service for approx. £16,000 less than quoted based on the returned CE and will allow approx. £16,000 of additional maintenance work to be undertaken within the financial year as opposed to spending unnecessarily through a 3rd party.
