RSPB Lochwinnoch Wetland Habitat Work

Tender description

Up to 1700m3 earth will be moved over an area of approximately 1ha, to create better wetland habitat for water birds. Lot 1: Phase 1 Phase 1 is a lower level of delivery to phases 2 and 3. However, the buyers retain the right to offer a contract for delivery to phase 1, rather than the other two phases, dependant upon costs and other elements of the tender. Lot 2: Phase 2 Phase 2 is a higher level of delivery than phase 1, but lower than the preferred phase, phase 3. However, the buyer retains the right to offer a contract for delivery to phase 2, rather than 1 or 3, depending on price and other tender elements. Lot 3: Phase 3 Phase 3 is the preferred level of delivery, but the buyer retains the right to award a contract for delivery to either phase 1 or 2, dependant upon the various selection criteria.
