Replacement Windows - Villa 10 Northgate Hospital

<p>This contract is for the supply, installation and commissioning of replacement windows in Villa 10 at Northgate Hospital. All windows to be replaced will be on drawing number 125-10-00-202 and 125-10-01-202 as provided. The exact measurements are to be taken on site, by the contractor. The named buildings are to have identified windows carefully removed creating as little damage as possible to the fabric of the building and replaced with units of the quality and type etc as specified in the attached Appendix A &ndash; Specification for PVC-U Windows, and all areas of damage made good. All replacement units shall be double glazed and shall maintain the existing aspect of the building, i.e. where an infill panel is fitted this shall be substituted with an insulated infill panel. All replacement windows shall meet the latest statutory requirements for safety and insulation/energy conservation.<br /><br />NB - All work must be completed by no later than 30/03/2022</p> Keywords: windows, minor works
