Provision of UHF RFiD Tags & Read/Write Devices

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service are looking to initially procure up to approximately 1,000 UHF RFiD cable tie tags and a number of Handheld scanners to use within their asset management system. The Handheld Scanners must be able to read both Bar Code and RFiD, whilst being compatible with the Software the service is developing.Further quantities of RFiD tags, Handheld Scanners, Antenna and reading devices may be required throughout the term of the contract.Mid & West Wales Fire & Rescue Service are looking to establish a 2 year contract, with an option to extend for an additional 3 years at 12 month intervals.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=117156.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
