Tender description

The Production Services Framework will support the operational, event management and production delivery of a world-class Cultural Festival in 2022. At their core, Production Services support the Cultural Festival creative leads to stage, event management, produce and deliver the new pieces of artistic work, performances, installations, exhibitions and/or other events commissioned. Lot 1: Lot 1: Production Services for events or cultural activity at a value of £150,000, or less Lot 1: Production Services for events or cultural activity at a value of £150,000, or less •Small to medium scale events which could include press launches, meetings, production of key elements of the cultural programme e.g., welcome ceremonies. •Event that are budgeted up to £150,000 (per event). Lot 2: Lot 2: Production Services for events or cultural activity at a value of £150,001 to £999,999 Lot 2: Production Services for events or cultural activity at a value of £150,001 to £999,999 •Medium to large scale events which could include major milestone events e.g., a major launch at a high profile UK venue, involvement with Festival UK 2022, full production management of Cultural programme elements e.g. welcome ceremonies. •Events that are budgeted in excess of £150,001 but not expected to exceed £999,999 (per event).
