Tender description

The Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority (SFPA) is looking to establish an agreement with one service provider for the provision of Procurement Support Services including Advice and Training. The scope of services, includes, but not be limited to: • A high quality and responsive service, to best practice standards, from the market to meet the ongoing needs of the SFPA. • Ensure full compliance with EU and national procurement rules by achieving appropriate transparency, competition, and fairness with regard to the award of this business. • Advise on Value for Money (VFM) procurement approaches. • Ensure robust contract management. • Provide procurement training and guidance.
