Ocean Energy and Marine Technology related Support Services

Tender description

The Marine Institute invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the ”Services”). In summary, the Services comprise the provision of support services to the ocean energy and marine technology programme. This public procurement competition will be divided into three (3) Lots. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. Lot 1 is for the provision of promotion and client engagement services. Lot 2 is for the provision of project management services. Lot 3 is for the provision of community engagement and liaison support services, and is subject to the outcome of the foreshore lease application for the Galway Bay Marine and Renewable Energy Test Site. This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”). Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Services Contract”) will be issued for a term of 12 months (“the Term”) commencing on 1st November 2021.
