Luminate Education Group - Planned Preventative Maintenance Services for Fire Protection Systems

Tender description

Luminate Education Group provides further and higher education services in Leeds, Harrogate and Keighley. Our Leeds City College facilities at Park Lane Campus, Printworks Campus and Quarry Hill Campus, all located in Leeds, and our Keighley College site, require specialist planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services for sprinkler, gas suppression, canopy suppression and dry riser installations as more fully detailed in the attached Technical Requirements Specification. The Group wishes to invite suitable skilled and resourced specialist fire protection system companies to express interest in participating in a tender exercise leading to the conclusion of one or more three-year contracts with Luminate Education Group to undertake the specified PPM services at the Leeds and Keighley sites listed above. The partnership agreement will operate for three years in the first instance with options at the Group's discretion to extend for a further one or two years.
