Prior Information Notice (PIN) – NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) wishes to establish a Legal Advisory Services Framework agreement. The aim of the Legal Advisory Services Framework agreement is to cover the vast legal spectrum and meet the current demand and needs of the NHS organisations and other public sector bodies. The objective of this Framework Agreement is to implement a contractual vehicle for NHS SBS Approved Organisations that are part of the NHS and wider public sector to facilitate the procurement of (but not limited to): Lot 1 - NHS Governance & Public Law Lot 2 - Primary Care Services Lot 3 - Healthcare Law Lot 4 - Mental Health Law Lot 5 - Employment Law Lot 6 - Contract and Commercial Law Lot 7 - Property Law Lot 8 - Construction Law Lot 9 - IT, Telecommunications & E-Commerce Lot 10 - Corporate Finance & PFI/PPP projects including LIFT Lot 11 - Multi-Disciplinary Project Support Lot 11: Legal Advisory Services Prior Information Notice (PIN) for Legal Advisory Services Framework agreement. NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) are consulting on a proposal to tender for the provision of Legal Advisory Services Framework to support NHS Organisations and the wider public sector. This is to help define and develop our national procurement strategy and help in the development of our service specification to meet the needs of NHS Organisations and wider Public Sectors. NHS Shared Business Services are engaging with potential providers prior to the release of any official tender documentation. NHS SBS is currently considering using the following lots for this procurement; however, it reserves the right to change any aspect of the Lot structure.
