Tender description

This ITT seeks to obtain the most effective and efficient courier services provider for MENA. With the substantial growth in the MENA Exams business, there is an emerging requirement for a competent and reliable partner who can manage the complete courier operation across the MENA region and internationally. We are looking to hire a professional courier company to provide efficient and cost-effective delivery solution for business-critical service. Lot 1: Lot 1 Gulf South Cluster: UAE, Qatar, Oman Suppliers would be required to confirm the lots they would be responding to countries or cluster.Lot 1 Gulf South Cluster: UAE, Qatar, OmanLot 2 Gulf Central Cluster: KSA, Kuwait, BahrainLot 3 Maghreb: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, LibyaLot 4: EgyptLot 5: Levant Lebanon, Iraq, OPT, JordanA supplier is permitted to tender for one or more lots so long there is clear demonstration of competitiveness, enhanced discounts in services provided and compliance to the requirements of the tender. A response will only be evaluated for the Lot for which it is tendered for. In-country/ national lots could be tendered individually and should comply with all the in-country/ national requirements but should be able to provide the service in at least two countries in the said cluster.
