Provide and install a new main electrical switchboard to replace the existing electrical switchboard which has deteriorated over recent years to the extent that it is now considered to be reaching the end of its useful economic life. Deterioration of the switchboard has been exacerbated by the damp environment in the basement. • Reduce the humidity in the basement, where the switchboard is to be mounted, by means of a thermostatically controlled electric tubular heater, which shall be installed as part of the works Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
